Can someone in China make a phone call for me in Chinese?

Yes. China On-Call is a real person in China (GMT+8) who makes the call you can't — hotel check-ins, flight changes, refunds, 12306 bookings. You send the details on WeChat, they call and report back in English.

How do I unblock Alipay or WeChat Pay as a foreign tourist?

Bind an international card and finish passport verification. Foreign cards can fail above ~200 yuan or add ~3% on QR. If it won't verify, a China-based helper can walk it with you or book directly.

Can a foreigner book 12306 train tickets through someone else?

Yes. 12306 needs the passport linked in-app once and is Chinese-only. Most travellers use trip.com, or have someone in China do the 12306 step. China On-Call handles it.

What if I have a DiDi or taxi dispute and don't speak Chinese?

Open DiDi (English mode) and use in-app help, or have a Chinese speaker call the driver/support. Share the receipt screenshot. China On-Call will make the call so it gets resolved.

Is there an assistant in China who makes calls for me in English?
