Need someone to call DiDi customer service in English?

DiDi's support runs on a Chinese phone line. A bag left in the car, a charge that doesn't add up, a driver who cancelled after you waited twenty minutes — all of it goes through Chinese-speaking support.

What this covers

How it works

  1. You send the trip details on WeChat: order number or receipt, time, route, and your account phone number.
  2. I call DiDi support in Chinese and push for a concrete answer, not a script.
  3. You get it back in English — what they'll do, what they won't, and what to do next.

Questions people ask before paying

How can a foreigner contact DiDi customer service in China?

DiDi's support line runs in Chinese, so the usual route is to have someone call for you. I get through to Chinese-speaking support, raise the issue on your trip, and report the result back to you in English.

Can't I just use the complaint button in the app?

You can, but replies come back in Chinese, and lost-item cases move much faster by phone. If your bag is still in that car, the next passenger matters.

What information do you need?

The trip receipt or order number from your DiDi app, the date and rough time, and the phone number on the account.

Will DiDi give you the driver's number?

Usually not directly, but support can reach the driver. I'll tell you exactly what they agreed to do instead of promising an outcome.
