Need someone to call Chinese customer service for you?
Chinese customer service is a phone-first system: you get a menu in Mandarin, then an identity check, then a queue, then someone who can fix it. If you can’t do the first two steps you never reach the third. That’s the whole problem, and it’s fixable with one call.
Need us to make the call?
Emergency Rescue — $59. One stuck call, made in Chinese, reported back to you in English.

What I can do on the phone
- Airlines — refunds, rebooking a missed flight, baggage claims, correcting a name on a ticket
- Alipay and WeChat Pay support — account blocked, card unbound, payment stuck, identity verification failing
- Banks — why a card was declined, unfreezing an account, transaction disputes
- Mobile carriers — data not working, topping up, replacing a local SIM
- Delivery — SF Express, JD, couriers holding a parcel because the address or phone number is wrong
- E-commerce and ticketing — refunds, wrong item, a booking that never confirmed
- Ride-hailing and hotels — the dispute side of a fare, a deposit or a cancelled booking
What this doesn't cover
- I never need your password. I don’t ask for it, I don’t log into your accounts. Anything a company needs that only you hold — a passport number, a verification code, a card number — I ask you for first and I never guess.
- I can’t promise the result. I can reach the right person and get your case logged with a reference number. Whether a company refunds, waives a fee or reissues a ticket is their decision, not mine.
- I don’t pay your bills and I don’t top up accounts or forward money for you.
How it works
- Send me the company, the account or booking name, and what went wrong. Screenshots help more than a description.
- I call in Chinese, clear the menu and the identity check, and get the case logged with whoever can act on it.
- You get what was agreed in English — including a case number (工单号), a time frame, or a straight “no, here’s why”.
Questions people ask before paying
No, and I never ask for it. Customer service will sometimes need details only you can give — a passport number, a code sent to your phone — and I’ll ask you for those as we go.
I can put your case in front of the right person and get it logged, which is the step most foreigners never get past. I can’t guarantee the decision.
It’s the reference number for your logged complaint. Without one there’s no record in the system; with one you can follow up, escalate, or hand it to an insurer. Getting that number is usually the point of the call.
If the problem is yours to raise, yes — you give me the details and I call as your assistant. I won’t pretend to be you where a company requires the account holder personally.
