Need someone to call a Chinese company for you?

Short answer: China On-Call makes the call in Mandarin and reports back to you in English. Chinese companies run their phone lines in Mandarin: a menu in Mandarin, an ID check in Mandarin, then a person who can decide. If you can’t do the first two steps you never reach the third. That’s the whole problem, and it’s one call to fix.
